How do I place an order?
The process of placing an order is very simple. First, you need to select the products you want to buy in our e-commerce platform and add them to your shopping cart. After completing the selection, click on the shopping cart icon to enter the shopping cart page, confirm that you want to buy the number of products and specifications are correct, click on the “Checkout” button. Next, you need to fill in the shipping address, choose the delivery method and invoice information (if necessary). After confirming that the order information is correct, select the payment method and complete the payment process, the order is successfully placed.
What payment methods can I use?
We support a variety of payment methods to suit your needs. These include, but are not limited to: credit cards, PayPal (for international users), and balance payments on some platforms. On the checkout page, you can choose the payment method that best suits your needs to complete your order payment.
How can I check the status of my orders?
You can log in to your account through our e-commerce platform and check the details and current status of all your orders on the “My Orders” or “Order Center” page.
What should I do if I have entered the wrong address?
If you have entered the wrong address when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the shipping address for you before the order has been shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, changing the address may incur additional charges or delay the delivery time. Therefore, please be sure to double-check your shipping address information before placing your order.
Can I change my order or cancel it?
Before an order is shipped, you can contact our customer service team to request a change or cancel your order. However, please note that some special items (e.g. customized products, limited time discounted items, etc.) may not be able to be changed or cancelled. In addition, if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order directly. In this case, you can choose to reject the item and contact customer service for refund processing.
What should I do when a payment fails?
When you encounter payment failure, please first check whether your internet connection is stable and whether your bank account or payment account balance is sufficient. If the payment still fails after checking, you can try to change the payment method or re-enter the payment page to make the payment. If the problem is still not solved, please contact our team for further help and support.
